175g Turnips (Diced)
175g Carrots (Diced)
175g Pumpkin Or Squash (Diced)
Medium Onion (Chopped)
2 Leeks (Sliced)
Clove Garlic (Crushed)
Bay Leaf
Salt
600ml Vegetable Stock
Chopped Parsley To Garnish
Cook all the ingredients together for 25 minutes or until
tender. Remove the Bay leaf & liquidise.
Adding more water if necessary. Season to taste .
